Suzanne Olufunke Iroche is a distinguished Banker, whose career in the financial sector took off as an Assistant Financial Analyst at the International Merchant Bank in 1982. She was an Associate International Consultant with City of Chicago, USA from July to August 1987; she headed the Corporate Banking Department in Chartered Bank Plc as Assistant General Manager, headed the International/Multilaterals Sector as Deputy General Manager. She later rose to become the General Manager and thereafter, she was made the Executive Director overseeing Wealth Management and later Global & Institutional Banking of United Bank for Africa (UBA). Her Banking career which spanned more than two decades had seen her work in virtually all areas of the banking industry.

She was appointed by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as Group Managing Director of FinBank, to recapitalize and stabilize the Bank under its 2009 banking Reform programme aimed at strengthening the banking Industry and ensuring financial system stability.

Suzanne Olufunke Iroche has attended several training programs in the United States, Spain, France and Lagos. She is a Graduate of University of Lagos with B.Sc. (HONS) Economics (1980) and a Master of Management (MM) from J. L. Kellog Graduate School of Management, North-Western University, Evanston Illinois, USA (1988).
